Please keep in mind that tenants do not receive keys from SAV Properties. When keys are given, it is the tenant’s duty to duplicate them and store them in a secure place or with friends and family.

Every four to six weeks, inspections will take place. To set up a time that works for you, you will be informed beforehand. The property manager will come by every day to conduct a property and occupancy inspection if you reside in one of our bed and breakfast (B&B) or multiple occupation (HMO) facilities.

You must write to us requesting permission to decorate, outlining the changes you plan to make. To make sure the landlord is okay with you decorating, we will get in touch with them. If you are considering decorating, please get in touch with us.

Which local council has assigned you will determine this. We do not decide on your notice time or duration of stay in our capacity as the property’s managing agency. The housing team at your local council will get in touch with you directly about this. Get in touch with us to find out who the housing team is if you are not sure.

In order for us to assist you with applying for benefits or setting up specific arrangements, we would prefer that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Where you reside will determine this. We urge you to consider how much rubbish is thrown away and to recycle as much as you can. Every Council has data regarding recycling and waste. You may easily find out this information by calling your local council.
